Booking Terms and Conditions
Payment
Credit/debit card details will be required to secure any reservation.
Full payment of your stay will be required upon check-in.
A supplement may be charged for single occupancy of a double/twin room.
Due to increased Bank Charges we have to pass on a 3% surcharge on all accounts settled by credit card. There is no charge however, for debit card payments and we are sorry for any inconvenience this may cause.
Cancellation
In the event of :
- cancellation within 7 days prior to date of arrival
- non-arrival
the equivalent of one night's stay will be charged to your card.
During our Peak Season, we have strong demand for, and limited availability of our family rooms. Because of this, please understand that full payment of your stay will be required to secure your reservation which, in the event of cancellation, in non-refundable or transferable.
Holiday Insurance is therefore advisable.
Groups
Sorry no stags/single sex groups.
Bedrooms
Please enquire at reception should you require ironing facilities.
Rooms are available from 2pm on arrival day
Rooms should be vacated by 11am on departure day.
Parking
One parking space is allowed per room.
All cars should be removed from car park after checkout.
